For nearly four decades the "Lizzie" has helped define the celebrated terroir of Willamette Valley Pinot noir. Sourced from the best plots and dedicated to Elizabeth Adelsheim, daughter of David and Ginny Adelsheim, the wineries founders. Barrel aged in small French oak barrels (31% new) for 10 months. LAyers of redcurrants and raspberries, silky tannins, persistant finish. Pair with Lamb, Duck or other rich fatty meats.
