Obtained from “Pinot Grigio” grapes grown inthe northeastern regions of Italy known as the“Tre Venezie”, Trentino Alto Adige, Veneto and Friuli. The must remain in contact with the skins forabout six/twelve hours diving the wine lovely pink color. Its fresh and crispy, with a fruity finish of apple and citrus and soft raspberry Pairs well with Creamy pasta dishes, poultry and seafood.
