Grown on weathered slate soils from various Ruwer and Saarstein vineyard sites. Gently fermented in temperature controlled, stainless steel tanks then kept on the fine lees for several months before racking and bottling.
 
An off-dry, very drinkable blend of Pinot Noir and Saint Laurent with fresh, nicely balanced red berry fruit and a clean finish.
