Kloster Eberbach 2011100% Riesling  10%   abv 375ml Rheingau, Germany Outstanding Auslese. Selection of the best grapes from the finest Rheingau layers, and then stored in legendary Cabinet cellars at the famous monastery Eberbach. Of the low harvest output, only a few bottles 375ml were filled.Barley sugar and honeysuckle on the palate and enough acidity to strike that perfect balance with the natural sweetness.
