Recoleta 2018 100% Pedro Ximenez 11.5% abv Mendoza Vegan/Vegetarian This lovely wine is more like an Albarino than a run of the mill PG. Great balance, structure, excellant finish. Great with fresh light dishes, summer snacks in the sun works well too.
