Torrside Easily Bothered By Persistence
Light Ale with Brettanomyces (Clausennii Edition)
This is the pale hoppy beer that we brewed in May 18 with our friends Jim and Laura from Abbeydale. We put half of it into two barrels (many-times-used ones, that wouldn’t add extra flavours) and pitched a different strain of Brettanomyces yeast into each, then let it work.
This version had the Clausennii, which is known for creating flavours of fruit - specifically pineapple - and also hay, and light funky notes.
