We  first met Bernard Vallet when he visted us in our old shop at the bottom of Glossop High Street. I remember cleaning the shop from top to bottom and feeling nervous. We shouldnt have bothered - We tasted his wines, drank it from mugs and nibbled on cheese. While he talked us through the families wine heritage and the importance of produce. 
 
Expect to taste red berries, spice, vanilla, refreshing sour cherries, crisp acodoty and supple tannins.
