It feels like an age since we last dropped a DIPA doesn’t it? The style in which we pride ourselves so heavily has taken a little bit of a back seat more recently as we navigate through everything the universe seems determined to throw at us, but we’re back with aplomb to remind everyone of our hype juice credentials here with Double Gold.
Featuring an equal split whirlpool addition of both Citra and Simcoe to bring some pithy bitterness to the party and slathered with a nutsy 22g/l dry-hop charge of Strata, Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe, Idaho 7, Galaxy, and Citra, this is an all out fiesta of new school juiciness.
A DIPA made exclusively for the hop-heads, expect to find a doubly decadent beer filled to the nines with passionfruit, gooseberry, pineapple, mango, stonefruit and dank weed notes littered throughout.
