Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature & fortified with 77% brandy. Then aged in French oak barriques of 225 litres during 7 years.
 
Tasting notes
Reddish auburn colour. Complex with simultaneous notes of fresh dried fruits & reds. Elegant with smooth tannins.
