Nestled between the terroirs of Margaux and Saint-Julien, the vineyard of Chateau Lamothe -Bergeron enjoys a privileged location near the Gironde on gravelly soil. 
 
Tasting Notes
A robust and structured wine, with a superb fruit structure. There is a delicious, rich, black cassis character with an underlay of chocolate, notes of pencil lead, a touch of forest floor and fine tannins. The finish is polished and impressive.
Food Match 
Great paired with duck breast with bacon, cabbage and balsamic dressing.
