Deep red in colour, with an intense nose of blackberry, cassis and plum. Full, round and ripe on the palate, showing a delicious black fruit and black pepper core with velvety soft tannins.
Tasting Notes 
The grapes are harvested at the end of September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature between 20 and 22°C. The wine matures for a minimum of 3 months in stainless steel tanks with a further bottle ageing of 2 months before release.
