Biodynamic red produced from Garnacha Tinta, cultivated organically at high altitude. This is not really what you would expect from south-east Spain - a tender, new wave style of Garnacha, showing purity and delicacy. It could be described as Spain's answer to Pinot Noir.
The Garnacha Tinta vines are cultivated organically and biodynamically at approximately 700 metres altitude.
 
Delicate aromas of berry fruit with floral notes. The palate is elegant and fresh with red and black fruits giving juicy acidity, and savoury characters balanced by soft, supple but persistent tannins.
