Erica Dodd, an aspiring winemaker still deep in her studies, had the rare opportunity to create her first wines under the guidance of chief winemaker Jim Markeas. Driven by passion, Erica shared her ambition with Jim, who generously offered her grapes, equipment, and space in his winery to experiment. 
 
Out of her four small-batch natural wine experiments, the Tempranillo and Chardonnay stood out. Jim encouraged her to design a label and bottle these wines, this exclusive debut is available in very limited quantities. Erica invites you to experience her first take on natural winemaking – a first step in what promises to be an inspiring journey.
