Born out of the exploratory spirit of their team, this wine is a testament to the commitment to unlock the maximum potential and purest expression of the Tempranillo variety. 
The grapes, manually harvested in 20 kg boxes, reflect the dedication to preserving the quality of each cluster. The fermentation process takes place in stainless steel tanks over 21 days, utilizing native yeasts and without the addition of sulfites, allowing the varietal's true character to shine.
Tasting Notes 
The nose is greeted with enticing aromas of red fruits, leaving a citrus footprint that includes notes of strawberry, cherry, raspberry, and cranberry. On the palate, the wine boasts high acidity and medium, silky tannins, creating a harmonious balance.

Its lively acidity makes it an excellent match for grilled vegetables, roasted chicken, or even a classic paella. The red fruit notes and medium-bodied profile also make it a delightful companion to charcuterie boards featuring cured meats and semi-aged cheeses.
