Fruit for the Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc was machine harvested in the early hours of the morning, then crushed and drained through the press to retain the fresh, bright flavours. Clarified juice fermented with two aromatic yeast strains to enhance the Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc varietal characters.
 
A fresh and floral Sauvignon Blanc with a zesty passionfruit and grapefruit nose, the mid palate is wonderfully textured with citrus pith and a long crisp finish.
