Fermented in steel vats for 28 days with pumping over. Followed by ageing in oak barrels for six months followed by a further nine months in stainless steel.
Tasting notes
Plush and very approachable second wine has sweet cigar box and ripe autumn berries on the nose with more intense bramble fruit on the palate and a smooth, long finish.
