A refreshing and creamy Crémant combining notes of white fruits with the elegance of fine minerality, through to delicious brioche notes on the finish.
The grapes were gently pressed in a pneumatic press; only the finest, first pressed juice was used in this cuvée. Fermentation took place in temperature controlled, stainless steel vats with selected yeasts, followed by malolactic conversion. The secondary fermentation was carried out in the bottle using the Traditional Method, which was generated by the addition of yeasts and sugar to produce the gentle sparkle. The wine spent 12 months on the lees to build texture and gentle complexity. The dosage for this wine was 9g/l.
