In the last two decades, the Dal Cero family have transformed Ca’ dei Frati, on the southern shores of Lake Garda, into a thriving estate. 
The ‘Ronchedone’ blends Sangiovese, Marzemino and Cabernet Sauvignon into a ripe, yet elegant red. Their ‘Rosa dei Frati’ comprises a blend of Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese and Barbera, creating a delicate pink wine perfectly suited to summer drinking on the shores of Lake Garda. Meanwhile, the `Pietro Dal Cero` Amarone della Valpolicella is a deep ruby red with intense aromas of cherries, chocolate, and sweet spices on the nose. As the wine breathes, balsamic notes emerge to reveal aniseed and wild mint aromas. This wine has great body and acidity, remarkable mineral elegance and prominent yet supple tannins. The finish is long and rounded with delicate hints of coffee and sweet tobacco.
