A blend of Monastrell (50%) and Syrah (50%). Mediterranean style. Of limestone soil. Manual harvest with love. Subtle pressing. Aged on lees in stainless steel tanks for about 4 months.
 
Provençal pink tone. Crystalline and bright with salmon reflections. Delicate floral and herbaceous aroma, with delicious intense notes of strawberry and cherry. Fresh, round fruity, with good acidity and a long and tasty finish.
