Imaginem is the most sustainable wine from Mingorra that is made only in special years, the last time was 2011 & we don’t know when the next will be! Certified by the Norwegian institute for sustainability, this wine has one of the lowest carbon footprints from its bottle to its plantable label.
Imaginam has a light, brighter brown colour that gives away the age of this wine. It presents a lovely nose of ripe fruit like damson & blackberry with some warm spices & earth.
Pure & indulgent on the palate with tertiary notes of mushrooms, nutmeg & liquorice combined with the freshness of coriander and ripe red fruit.
Elegant subtle tannins & mature fruit all the way leaving a long, delicious balanced flavour on your palate.

Pairs well with rich dishes such as mushroom ragu, red meat & duck.
