Rkatsiteli is an uniquely crafted, dry “amber” wine that evokes centuries of Georgian winemaking tradition.Made from native Rkatsiteli grapes grown in the sun-kissed Alazani Valley of eastern Kakheti, this wine is produced using time-honored methods that involve skin-contact fermentation in ancient, handcrafted qvevri—large clay vessels buried underground. 
The result is a beautifully complex profile: layers of dried apricot, warm spice, and delicate floral notes, underscored by a gentle tannic structure that unfolds gracefully on the palate
