Brewed in collaboration with Mikkeller Brewpub London, this Bright Pale is a hop-led expression of a style we hold close to our hearts. A simple pale malt base lays down a light biscuit backbone without straying into sweetness. The hop bill is in the spotlight: Eggers Special, NZ Cascade and Nelson Sauvin work together to produce a note of caramelised pineapple, dank weed balanced with notes of bright citrus and whitefruits. A classic West Coast-style snap arrives before finishing dry and resinous. Modern in hop choice, traditional in balance, and built for sessionability.
