20yr old vines battled extreme climate with very cold winters and very hot summers. Malolactic and subsequent aging in French Allier oak barrels for a minimum period of 12 months.
Cherry red color with garnet rims. Palate is ripe red fruit and liquor mixed with spices of pepper, cloves and nutmeg. Giving way to a smooth mid palate, high body and ripe and silky tannin on the finish
