Made entirely from black grapes, 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier, gently pressed to capture the fruit’s natural character and spice while maintaining balance and finesse.
The 2020 vintage was exceptional, with low yields, outstanding fruit quality and an unusually warm summer that delivered Pinots of remarkable structure and purity. Extended lees ageing has added texture and poise, resulting in a wine with real depth and elegance.
The palate is intense and luxurious, showing both balance and complexity. A fine, mouth-watering salinity lifts the fruit and brings clarity, while the finish reveals bright citrus and a hint of honey.
