Henners Rosé NV is made from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, using overnight maceration and gentle pressing to draw subtle colour from the grapes. A minimum of 24 months ageing on the lees brings a delicate creaminess to the wine. Dosage of 6.5g/l.
