This Charmat Rosé Brut is a delightfully fresh sparkling wine made from estate grown Pinot Noir and filled with juicy ripe red fruit flavours.
 
London Clay is a modern and contemporary brand, located in the Crouch Valley in Essex, and established in 2019. The name pays homage to the unique fossil rich soil that is found across Essex and which gives these wines their distinct minerality and freshness. This pair of wines are produced using the Charmat or tank method (the same method as used for Prosecco) resulting in a refreshing and accessible style due to the shorter period of ageing on the lees.
