At the end of the nineteenth century Paolo Vaona started making and selling bottles of wine. In 2005 the fourth generation or the Vaona family ; Marcello and Cristina took over. They started their conversion towards organic production.  Begun in 2011 and ended with the 2014 harvest and the certification of the vintage of that year.
 
Rich bodied, soft and persistent on the palate, with well-balanced alcohol.
Predominant hints of red fruits and black cherries with scents of dark chocolate and tobacco
24 months in barrel, 8 months in bottle. Can age a further 10 years .
