Ribolla Gialla is produced by the Terčič company, located in San Floriano del Collio, in the province of Gorizia, close to the northeastern border between Italy and Slovenia.
It is made from 100% Ribolla Gialla grapes, which first undergo cold skin maceration for 15-25 hours. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks, where the wine is then aged for 12 months.
Straw yellow in color, it reveals aromas of tropical fruit and citrus, enriched with mineral notes. The palate is fresh and smooth, with a long finish.
It pairs excellently with seafood appetizers and fish risottos.
