Founders Luis Valenten and Carmen Enciso came together in 1998 to focus entirely on one thing and one thing only.....elegant, well structred Rioja Reservas. Going against the grain in Rioja, they only use concrete tanks for vinification. In order to achieve longevity, maintain freshness and vibrancy.
 
This duo is very much respected by Rioja lovers and wine writers alike. The results speak for themselves. 
This wine has been aged for 10 years before its release.  Expect to enjoy intense black fruits and a beautifully polished finish. 
 
Food Pairing
 
Soups, especially Chestnut , Pate, Sautéed mushrooms, Asparagus. Nut Roast, great with Roasted Meats, Turkey & Cranberry sauce. Fresh enough to enjoy with Salmon . Definitely will do your cheeseboard proud.
