Sourced from sun-soaked vineyards from across the Cape. The warm sunny days and cool coastal influences allows us to create perfect ripening conditions for our Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The wine is then dealcoholized through the spinning cone method to below 0.5%.
 
Despite the reduction to 0.4% abv they've managed to keep the classic cues to Sauvignon Blanc – fresh, grassy, green notes with bright acidity.
