100% Sauvignon Blanc grown in vineyards across Tasman, Upper Moutere and Waimea Plains. Fruit was cold pressed to tank for fermentation with selected yeasts. Once complete,, the wine is settled and racked, and allowed to rest on fine lees for 8 months prior to slight filtration and bottling.
 
A nose of seagrass and pink citrus with light maritime salinity. The palate is concentrated with lime zest, green and red apple notes, and a rich mouthfeel. Fine texture and an intense finish with further telltale salinity.
