This wine has all the expected characteristics of Alvarinho with extra layers of flinty minerality, jasmine and ripe pineapple aromas. Fresh snd fruity on the palate with hints of green citrus and tropical fruit. The minerality and slow release of perfumed fruits stays on the palate with a beautiful, stony texture.

This is great with grilled sardines or other oily fish cooked on the BBQ. Pairs well with shellfish, squid, risottos and even paella.
