At Bolney they have an abundance of sloes and elderberries growing in their hedgerows each year and those that are not eaten by birds sadly go to waste. Bolney are thrilled to have found a way to use them in this new Bolney product.
 
Rich, and delicious sloe and blackcurrant fruit flavours with caramel, eucalyptus notes and wormwood, and faint rosé and elderflower blossom. So it tastes like a slightly sweet, rich red wine with subtle herbal and spicy tones.
Suggestions
Best enjoyed over ice in a balloon glass, topped up with your desired tonic and garnished with a wheel of blood orange and stem of lemon thyme.
