Savoury Olive Oil Crackers 200g
Bakeries in Galicia have long made products that would last on board of ships.
Dried biscuits containing very little water were amongst the foods which were taken on most voyages.
These traditional biscuits are still made, but now primarily to taste good.
Round and crunchy, these biscuits have a mild taste of olive oil.
 
INGREDIENTS
WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), extra virgin olive oil (9%), sea salt, BARLEY malt extract (GLUTEN), BARLEY malt flour (GLUTEN), yeast. May also contain SOYA, MILK and MUSTARD.
 
STORAGE & CARE
Keep in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep in an airtight container and consume within 5 days.
