 Anemone is a modern and youthful rosé with a delicate pale colour and captivating notes of cherry combined with violet through to a refreshing and lively finish.
 
The brief skin contact with the must allowed a subtle release of colour and tannic components, producing a pale must with good acidity, which developed a broad and captivating array of aromas during fermentation. After a cold, static decanting, temperature-controlled fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts. The wine did not go through malolactic conversion retaining its crisp style. A brief ageing on the fine lees took place in stainless steel tanks, to retain the purity of fruit and the nuances of the terroir.
