The Bobal and Tempranillo grapes are sourced from vineyards in the north-west corner of Utiel Requena. After harvesting they are cooled and undergo pre-ferment whole bunch maceration before temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel.
Tasting notes
Complex aromas of dark fruits. The palate has good expression of ripe plum and bramble fruit and juicy acidity nicely balanced by ripe, soft tannins.
