Mare Antico is the wine that best represents Decugnano dei Barbi. The name itself evokes that ancient sea on which the vineyards now thrive.

The grapes come from our oldest vineyards, their roots sinking into sandy soils rich in seashells, capturing the essence of the place and transforming it into a delightful drop of wine.
Bright straw yellow with green shimmer. Hints of citrus on the nose, a touch of lemon and lime zest, with some flint in the background. The palate is full-bodied and creamy, with discreet fruit expression, well integrated acidity, animating, juicy finish.
